The Museum prides itself on standards of quality and service second to none. That's why our guarantee is equally uncompromising. Very simply, you must be pleased with every single purchase, or we'll send you a replacement, merchandise credit or a full refund at your discretion.

Jewelry and Gift Items are extremely personal decision.

Here at the Museum, we take great pride in practicing honest and fair business and customer service, and though we can't please everyone, we certainly will try our hardest. That's why we give you a full 30 days to decide. If you are unhappy for any reason, send your item back for a full refund or exchange (less shipping cost).

Shipping

The Museum staff works hard to make sure your order is handled as expeditiously as possible. For fastest service place your order online. Online orders usually ship within two to three business days.

You may also order by phone at 1-800-835-2700 we're here 9am to 5pm PST weekdays only. Please have your credit card handy and a list of the items you want to order, along with their product numbers.

Returns

Please do not remove the Museum tag on any item. Jewelry that has no visible defect will be accepted for return only if the tag is still in place.
