Buddha taught that in seeing there should be just the seeing, in hearing just the hearing, and in thinking just the thought. Thus, in sitting meditation, it is necessary only to sit and follow the breath as it comes in and goes out. This meditating Buddha is hand-crafted of porcelain and sits 5" x 4 1/4" x 8 1/2" tall.
