Ravenna Garnet and Opal Pin

This ornamental geometric design, from the 6th century AD, is based on an original pendant disc crafted of gold filigree. Bejeweled with five fiery opals and four deep-red garnets, the Museum reproductions are hand crafted of filigree wire on a solid vermeil. Size: 1 1/4 inches diameter.
