Tuscan Cameo Necklace

The ancient art of the cameo-or relief carving on sea shells-was revived in the Victorian era. This Italian cameo is framed in an intricate setting of filigree and granule work. Hand crafted of vermeil (24k gold over sterling silver), with a 14" vermeil hand braided silver chain.  Pendent height 1 13/4".
